What are your Covid-19 precautions?

Updated: Sept 2022

Triangle Crawl Space Solutions remains committed to preventing the spread of the Coronavirus for both our staff and our customers. For the most part our crews are working outside or within your crawl space so we have limited or outdoor exposure only. We continue to monitor our staff for any potential symptoms or exposure to the virus and ask customers to do the same. If you have any concerns like recent symptoms or just a family member who is at higher risk, please let our office know and we can discuss the best options for additional precautions. If you would like a team member to wear a mask while speaking with you, just let us know.

INITIAL POLICY (March 2020)

Triangle Crawl Space Solutions is concerned about the spread of the Corvid-19 virus and closely monitoring the situation and following recommendations from the CDC and state officials. Fortunately, crawl spaces are already pretty isolated spaces so we have elected to remain open for business for the time being with a few important changes. We have put restrictions in place to help our team as well as our customers stay safe during this uncertain time. We are practicing strict social-distancing for both our field staff as well as our support team members and washing our hands before and after every visit.

Our office staff is working from home, if we do not immediately pick up the phone, please leave us a message or send us an email at info@trianglecrawlspacesolutions.com, we will get back to you promptly. All of our staff meetings are being held by phone so we do not have to gather in the office each morning.

Our installation crews will remain working in crawl spaces and have been instructed to not initiate any contact with our customers and to keep a minimum of 6 feet of distance at all times. We will call or wave to let you know we have arrived but will not come to your door to say hello. Invoices and completion photos for each job will be emailed, payments can be made online and any questions will be asked via phone rather than in person.

Our assessment team will email their findings and follow up with a phone call to explain what/ if any recommendations we have for your crawl space. Please be sure when requesting an assessment that we can access your crawl space on our own and have your permission to do so.

We are asking for your help as well, if you or any member of your household has been sick or had potential exposure to the Covid-19 virus we ask that you call so we can reschedule your appointment. This is certainly a time to be safe rather than sorry and the health and safety of our team is our biggest priority.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
